Online Returns Policy

We will happily exchange/refund items full price items please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase to obtain a Return Authorisation number (RA#). On receiving your RA#, you will have 5 days to send it back to us.

Returns sent back without an RA# will not be processed and sent back the customer at their expense.

Items must be returned in the original condition, unworn with all tags attached. Shoes must be in the original box and the box must not be damaged.

Returns will not be processed on items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered.

We recommend trying on your purchases on receipt so that return can be fulfilled within our policy timeframe. Please note items returned outside of the timeframe will not be accepted.

Exchanges and refunds for online purchases can only be handled through this website. Please do not take them in store.

All sale or reduced priced items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds will be given on these items so please choose carefully.


How to make a return:

1. If you would like to make a return, email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at to request a Return Authorisation number (RA#). Please include your order number and state the item(s) you would like to exchange or return for refund.

2. Once you have received your RA#, please send back the item(s) within 5 days. We recommend Express Australia Post. Pack items securely so they will not be damaged in transit. We are not responsible if items are lost are damaged by the delivery service. Please send your return to:

3. When we receive your return, the items will be assessed for quality review before the exchange or refund will be granted. Once cleared we will send you an email confirmation with either the refund details minus the cost of delivery or, the details of the requested exchange items and any difference in cost of items and additional shipping.

4. Approved refunds will only be credited to the payment type used in the original purchase.
